Working in the medical field and having seen a lot of arthritic joints and sports injuries, I believe that staying active and building strength can make rehab a lot easier for people. It doesn’t just stop at injuries; I want to help people achieve their goals in fitness, whatever it may be. I have personally experienced as well as seen the many transformations that can happen through diet and exercise and I cannot wait to be part of your transformation no matter what the starting point is.
