One of my greatest joys is watching people do something they never thought they could do before. My wide background and knowledge base help me help others gain confidence and skill with their fitness. I have watched clients finish 90-mile kayak races, lose 100 pounds, be able to climb steep brownstone steps to see their grandchildren, compete in the Olympics, carry their luggage by themselves, and finish every distance Spartan and running race there is.

Depending on what your goals are, I can help you reach them by guiding you along the way. Reaching your goals never comes without obstacles, and having someone guide you around the obstacles will get you to your goals safer and faster.
