I practice what I preach. Fitness is my passion and it has been for over 36 years. I play sports, love the outdoors, am a competitive athlete, and instruct RVC Group Fitness classes including Les Mills Combat, Pump and cross-training classes. I am also RVC’s Program Director. I love to educate, guide, motivate and inspire others to get fit and achieve their fitness goals. I believe that we can be fit at any age. As your trainer, I am confident that you will achieve your goals. My relationships with my clients are sacred. There is a trust between us. This allows me to assist you even more in your achievements. We are a team and together we will work hard and you will succeed andaccomplish your goals. Carpe Diem!
