February Group Fitness Classes Updates and Changes

Please see below for updates to our group fitness schedule effective February 1. For February’s class schedule view the calendar or if you’re a Club member, you can download our Club app.

Class Additions

  • Power Lunch Hour on Wednesdays at 12:05pm: Now it’s easier than ever to have an effective lunch break workout! Give your afternoon productivity a calorie-burning boost with this 50-minute total-body conditioning class. Instructed by Janet Greger and packed with cardio and strength training. Takes place in Studio 1.

Class Changes

  • AST on Wednesdays at 12:00pm changes to Power Lunch Hour with Janet Greger at 12:05pm.
  • CrossFit on Saturdays at 9:00am is now instructed by Chris Wilder.
  • Power Up! on Thursdays is now starting at 4:15pm with Kory Cazeault vs 4:00pm
  • Spinning on Thursdays at 5:30pm is now instructed by Janet Greger.
