After working in college athletics for five years as a certified athletic trainer (ATC), I have decided to change gears and focus on the lifelong athlete. With experience in the Division I, II, and III settings, I have gained the knowledge and experience to get you back to your highest level of performance, pain free. With many tools in my pocket, ranging from manual therapy to kinesiology taping, I will help you reach your fitness goals effectively. Achieving your goals is all about teamwork, consistency and balance. I will hold you accountable to work hard, but also make sure you’re enjoying every day!
