Through the mindful work of Pilates and vinyasa yoga, I will challenge you and help you to reach your best self: functional, mobile and strong.
I am a STOTT Pilates certified instructor, having completed advanced coursework in Reformer and Matwork, and graduate coursework in Injuries and Special Populations. I’ve studied at both the Pilates Center of New York and Club Xcel with STOTT Boston. I recieved my National Yoga Alliance certification from Atmananda Yoga and Holistic Center in New York City.
It is my mission to improve my clients’ health and well-being through the mindful practices of Pilates and Yoga. I enjoy helping clients to recondition imbalances and challenge themselves to their full potential by exploring movement from an anatomical perspective. I will help translate the science of biomechanics and into a fun, fast-paced and truly customized workout. No two sessions are ever the same!
