Class Additions

  • Spinning
    Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:30am-9:30am.
    With Brittny Tyler. An indoor endurance workout on a stationary bike, training bodies and minds to simulate riding on the road. Takes place in the Spinning Studio.
  • Barre Mix
    Mondays and Fridays from 11:00am-12:00pm.
    With Teresa Urnezis. Barre offers low impact classic interval training. It is designed to help burn fat and sculpt lean muscles. In this class, you will use helpful props such as light dumbbells, balls, and more. Learn careful movements that will increase your endurance and reform your body. Takes place in Studio 1.
  • Hot Yoga 45
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:15pm.
    With Teresa Urnezis. On those cold winter days you will warm right up when you join this 45-minute Yoga class. Come ready to move, as you will integrate mindful breathing, encourage strength, flexibility, and balance. The heat will rise to 85 degrees. Hot Yoga is associated with many benefits, such as improved flexibility, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, increased blood circulation, as well as detoxification and stress reduction. Takes place in the Yoga Studio
  • Yoga for Athletes
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm.
    With Sara Grote. Whether you ski, play hockey, or a CrossFit lover, this is a specialty yoga class just for athletes like yourself. During the hour, you will benefit from improved focus, flexibility, and performance. Challenge and practice your balance, control, breathing, posture, or flexibility as you strengthen your back, joints, or core.  Plus, you can help reduce or heal from any injuries. Yoga benefits athletes of all types! All levels welcomed. Takes place in the Yoga Studio.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00am-8:15am.
    In this Vinyasa yoga class, you will build both physical strength and mindfulness. Each thoughtfully crafted flow puts the meaning of yoga (“to join”) to practice, connecting breath to movement through powerful sequences of yoga poses (asanas). The class will guide you in proper alignment in order for you to find strength, focus, stamina, and flexibility while having fun and staying healthy. This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications available to every student, allowing you to practice at your own level, account for injuries, and grow as a yoga student. Takes place in the Yoga Studio.

  • BodyFlow on Mondays and Fridays is now at 12:00pm-1:00pm. Same description.
  • Boot Camp with Daniel N. On Mondays at 6:00am is now in Studio 1.
  • Iyengar Yoga on Thursdays with Suzanne is now at 10:00am-11:00am.
  • BodyPump on Fridays with Rich is now at 12:15pm-1:15pm.

Class Cancellations

  • Moment of Meditation with Linda on Tuesdays at 9:30am.
  • Natural Movements with Abby on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15pm.
  • Iyengar Yoga with Suzanne on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm.
  • Spinning with Alex on Mondays at 6:00am.
  • Candle Light Vinyasa with Sara on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm.
