I will apply my understanding and first-hand knowledge of the challenges of weight loss and fitness development to your personal training program, emphasizing a balance of sound nutrition, results-focused exercise and fun!

We will work together to discover your sources of motivation, your strengths and your challenges. We will take the long view toward fitness and good health, employing patience, persistence and perspective. I will be there to support you every step of the way!
