CrossFit Kids: Now Available!

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and Intensity

CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Designed for kids from 6-12 years old. The class structure is all about making fitness fun, while also laying down a foundation of fitness for which kids can grow from. Instructed by Personal Trainer and CF Kids Certified Coach, Alaina Savage.
