Swimming is a great way to achieve regular, aerobic activity, and how better to do it than with group water fitness classes? Each of these classes takes place in the therapy pool and is included with your RVC membership.

We offer a fully equipped Pilates Studio and each of our Pilates Trainers are fully certified, with several holding multiple fitness certifications. In addition, we offer Mat Pilates classes included with membership. Please note any class identified with an *asterisk is an additional fee.
