Abs Class
A 15-minute abdominal blast on the fitness floor or in Studio I.
Align and Define
Designed to use your body weight, fused with Pilates mat exercises.
AST (Athletic Strength Training)
Challenges your body with intense cardio and endurance strength training. Traditional aerobic dance class techniques will be used as well as athletic sports drills, agility and coordination drills, and power movements.
Awesome Abs and Glorious Glutes
Do you want a stronger, more toned core? Do you want stronger, more toned and curvier glutes? Then this 45-minute class is for you! We will develop and strengthen the core and glutes through specific movements, exercises, time and tension.
Cardio Dance
A dance-based exercise program suitable for all levels and ages. This program provides a fun, aerobic workout that incorporates dance styles such as Latin, Hip Hop, Broadway, Bell Dance, Country, and more.
*Cardio Tennis
A great group activity  for players of all levels. A tennis pro will lead the group through a warm-up, cardio workout and cool-down during a one-hour session. Players will be provided with a moderate interval workout that will include drills that require player movement. This is a great way to combine playing tennis and getting in or staying in shape. Circuit Breaker
A fitness boot camp group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training, strength and core training. Always offers a variety of exercises designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves.
Complete Conditioning
Incorporates both cardio and strength training. Get your heart rate up with a combination of agility and plyometric moves mixed with strength exercises using circuit training. Equipment includes stability balls and the BOSU, along with dumbbells, body bars, and steps.
*Additional fee. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program involving varied, high intensity, functional movement. Designed for all fitness abilities, CrossFit is the perfect application for any committed individual. Must have previous experience. Learn more.
Forever Fit
This class provides a variety of cardio conditioning and strength/flexibility training. The class uses the Body Bar, ball, resistance tubing and dumbbells. Attention is given to functional training that can help day-to-day activities.
Short bursts of high intensity cardio intervals with strength training using weights to increase metabolism and burn more calories. Class will end with killer abs for core strength and a six pack look.
Incorporates a style of high-intensity cardio intervals with MYZONE technology to keep your heart-rate in a targeted zone, stimulating metabolism, increasing energy, and ensuring after-burn; a calorie burn well-after you’ve completed the workout. For intermediate exercisers.
For those who want to push their fitness to a new level. This class is a high intensity interval training class designed to build endurance, ramp up fitness levels, and melt away calories. If you have a MYZONE belt, be sure to wear it to class!
This a 45min version of the full INSANITY class.
Intro to Rock Climbing
Join other beginners and learn the basics of how to use a harness and try out being “on belay.” Our highly experienced instructor and belayer will help you get started so you can climb away!
Focuses on metabolic activating exercise. Participants are guided through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with prescribed rest intervals in between each. Short rest intervals help keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level, ensuring fast, dramatic fitness results. Learn more
Power Up!
This is a high intensity interval training class. You will build endurance, increase your fitness level, and burn calories.
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.


Swimming is a great way to achieve regular, aerobic activity, and how better to do it than with group water fitness classes? Each of these classes takes place in the therapy pool and is included with your RVC membership.

High Intensity Interval Training, using the Tabata format (four-minute-long sessions with 20 seconds of intense training, ten seconds of rest, and a total of 8 intervals). A challenging cardio workout to build strength and stamina using both shallow and deep water. Bring your water bottle! Takes place in the therapy pool.
Aqua Fit
Start with a shallow water warm up and move into high energy cardio using the power of water to resist your movements, toning and strengthening while you work! We move into the deep water for a bit more cardio and abdominals, ending in the shallow end for a relaxing stretch and some functional training.
Aqua Fit and Dance
A cardio-based class set to music. Class will begin with a warm-up and continue with dances, dance moves, and low to high impact land exercises followed by a cool-down to end class.
Aqua Fitness
Get ready to have fun! This aqua fitness class will bring in a wide range of techniques; from dance to core work. The only thing consistent will be the awesome time we will have getting fit together!
Aqua Hydro-Active
A cardio based class with low to high impact aerobic movements. The aerobics is followed with toning of the abdominal and other muscle groups along with a final stretch.  A great workout for all levels of fitness.

Don’t be intimidated by this popular class! Our 15-minute technique and verbiage class discusses the basics from movement to language so you can attend class with confidence.


We offer a fully equipped Pilates Studio and each of our Pilates Trainers are fully certified, with several holding multiple fitness certifications. In addition, we offer Mat Pilates classes included with membership. Please note any class identified with an *asterisk is an additional fee.

Foundational Pilates Mat
Focuses on the eight principles of Pilates: concentration, centering, control, precision, breathing, alignment, flow and integration. This class is great for beginners or the more experienced student looking to get back to the foundational principles.
Pilates Mat
This program incorporates the basic Pilates principles: breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage stabilization, scapular movement and stabilization, head and cervical placement. Exercises are focused on the core muscles, improving posture, spinal support and flexibility. Included in your membership.
Pool Pilates
This class focuses on Pilates core stabilization exercises adapted to water. Pool Pilates is a safe, effective way to strengthen and mobilize your body while minimizing joint stress. Included in your membership.
Pool Pilates ADVANCED
Focuses on more advanced Pilates core stabilization exercises adapted to water and previous attendance to Pool Pilates is highly recommended. Pool Pilates Intermediate is a challenging way to strengthen and mobilize your body while minimizing joint stress.
*Pilates Reformer
The Reformer accommodates full-range of motion throughout the entire body with light resistance, a wonderful way to increase flexibility and strength. Learn more

Intermediate experience. One of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment, along with a combo of Chair, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel. Additional fee.
Total Barre
Achieve a full body workout concentrating on legs, hips, buttocks, abdominals, and arms. Each strength section is followed by a stretch section to create long, lean muscles. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Included in your membership.


Spinning is the indoor cycling phenomenon that keeps active people fit and motivated. It’s a great way to take your cardio fitness to the next level while you enjoy a journey to inspiring music and visualization. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, Spinning provides people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Beginner Spin
This class is specifically designed to meet the needs of those new to SPINNING as well as those who want to come back up to speed. A focus on correct form and positions will maximize rider safety and performance.
Uses the MYZONE system to program a ride syncing the music and terrain with heart rate. MYZONE belt recommended but not required. All levels welcome. New riders are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to get their bike settings.
Spin 45
Riders of all levels will experience a great cardio workout covering a variety of terrain. New riders are asked to arrive 10 minutes before class.
The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Yoga and Mindfulness

At the Club, our yoga classes are focused on the physical, mental and spiritual practices that follow along traditional ancient disciplines originating from India. Our goal is to help you attain peace through movement, flexibility and strength.

Basic Power Flow Yoga
A CorePower vinyasa flow of connected yoga postures (asanas) linked with the breath. Hold onto the magic of yoga while upping the intensity for a powerful, purposeful workout.
Foundational Yoga
A yoga class focusing on the basics of breathing, meditation, and asanas (poses) to develop a strong foundation. Come to start your yoga practice or to reinforce your foundational knowledge and work. All levels welcome and modifications can be made for injuries.
Gentle Hatha Flow
For strength and flexibility combined with breath and mindfulness techniques. Open to all levels and includes vinyasa yoga poses in sequence and instruction in proper alignment in the poses.
Gentle Yoga
For beginners and those who want a gentle approach to yoga.  A variety of supported and strengthening poses are explored.
Hatha Yoga
Improve strength, flexibility, and balance while easing stress and fortifying the spirit. Moving through classic poses (asana), we’ll focus on alignment and breath work to create a safe, inspiring practice that enhances awareness and wellbeing. Open to all levels, with options to modify or move deeper into poses and cues to accommodate beginners as well as more advanced students.
Hot Yoga
Traditional yoga heated to 105 degrees.  The heat helps you stretch deeper, focus more and build stamina. Because you sweat, your body is cleansed and purified both inside and out. Suited for all levels. Bring your own mat and plenty of water.
Iyengar Yoga
A safe, accessible and classical Indian style of yoga that was created by yoga master BKS Iyengar. It uses introductory to advanced poses to develop strength, stamina, concentration and body alignment. Classes use props such as blankets, blocks, and straps to customize poses to each individual’s level of strength and flexibility.
Kripalu Yoga
A form of Hatha Yoga using inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breathwork, development of a quiet mind and relaxation. This class follows the flow of prana, compassionate self-acceptance, observing the activity of the mind without judgment and using what is learned in daily life.
Learn to Play/Move
A unique educational movement class that pulls from a variety of disciplines to enhance your mobility. Come research how you move and what you do to move better!
Moment of Meditation
Being in the present moment is a practice. Find your connection to the now and take a few moments to just be. The session will start with breathing exercises to guide you to your peaceful center. A wonderful 20-minute prelude to your yoga practice.
Power Flow Yoga
This style of yoga is characterized by a focus on Vinyasa, or a dynamic connecting posture, that creates flow between the more static traditional yoga postures.  It is a more challenging yoga experience complete with Sun Salutations and various Vinyasa combinations.  The specific daily focus may vary, but each class will always include strength, flexibility, balance, and inversion asanas.
Power Up Yoga
An energetic and vigorous vinyasa practice. You will cultivate strength, flexibility, endurance and greater body awareness. Includes creative sequences of postures that connect you to the breath that will challenge you. All levels welcome. This class plays louder music.
A series of flowing, repeated movements, stretches, and breathing exercises that are easy to learn and can be done anywhere.
Slow Flow Yoga
A challenging, mindful, slow vinyasa practice focusing on strong anatomical alignment and breath movement while building core strength and fostering ease in mind.
Tai Chi
Long Form Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan focuses on breath and movement with balance and mindfulness. In a spirit of learning and a welcoming environment, this class offers an understanding of the principles of Tai Chi and Qigong and how they join together.
Yin Yoga
A slow, deep and reflective practice that targets the body’s connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and tendons—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
