With fitness, there are many roads that lead to the same goal. As an Athletic Trainer, I have become proficient with understanding the body and how it should move. Through college and my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with various groups of individuals. Whether a client is looking to become pain free, or wanting to get bigger, stronger, and faster, I am able to help them obtain their goals through unique, well-developed programming.
