Nothing is more rewarding then when a client says to me “I feel so much better” or “I never thought I would be able to do X again”. My biggest goal when I train someone is to educate them on the things that will allow them to succeed in attaining their goals. I have spent the last 20+ years educating myself in order to better understand the human body and how it moves. I have created The Movement Training Specialist team here at the River Valley Club to do just that. We as a team strive to help individuals achieve their goals whether they are looking for rehabilitation, mobility, strength, sports specific success, or wanting to lead an active pain free life. I train myself the same way I train my clients. This training is based on intelligent exercise progression and variety. My goal for myself and all whom I train is to MOVE BETTER, FEEL BETTER, and PERFORM BETTER.
