August Class Additions and Changes

Please see below for updates to our group fitness schedule effective August 1. For August’s class schedule view the calendar or if you’re a Club member, you can download our Club app.

Class Changes

  • Pilates Mat on Mondays at 5:30pm will now be instructed by Laura Curthoys.

Class Additions

  • *CrossFit on Thursdays at 4:15pm instructed by Lauren Glass. *This class is an additional fee. Learn more.
  • Intro to Movement Studio on Mondays at 5:30pm instructed by Noriko Tani. This class is a FREE introduction to all of the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair) we have in the Movement Studio. Each class will cover a variety of equipment ranging from some to all of it.
  • *Reformer Pilates (1) on Mondays at 4:15pm instructed by Laura Curthoys. *This class is an additional fee. Learn more.
