7 New Classes in September: Group Fitness Schedule

Please see below for updates to our group fitness schedule effective September 1. For September’s class schedule view the calendar or if you’re a Club member, you can download our Club app.

Class Additions

  • Aqua Fitness on Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:30pm instructed by Erica McIntyre in the recreational pool. Get ready to have fun! This aqua fitness class will bring in a wide range of techniques; from dance to core work. The only thing consistent will be the awesome time we will have getting fit together!
  • Aqua Fit and Dance on Fridays at 8:30am instructed by Rose Grenier A cardio-based class set to music. Class will begin with a warm-up and continue with dances, dance moves, and low to high impact land exercises followed by a cool-down to end class.
  • Fiercely Fit on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00am instructed by Chris Keefe. This 60-min total-body class includes power and strength, core, conditioning, pliability maneuvers, and agility sets while utilizing multiple training techniques. A metabolic endeavor for all levels. Takes place in Studio 1.
  • Spinning on Mondays at 6:00am instructed by Alex Blakeman. The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Class takes place in the Cycling Studio. We are equipped with StarTrac Spinning Bikes with SPD pedals and clips.
  • Spinning on Thursdays at 5:30pm instructed by Adrianne Pelton. The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Class takes place in the Cycling Studio. We are equipped with StarTrac Spinning Bikes with SPD pedals and clips.

Class Changes and Cancellations

  • Intro to the Movement Studio on Mondays at 5:30pm will now be on Tuesdays at 5:30pm with a focus on Pilates equipment only.
  • *Reformer Circuit on Wednesdays at 9:00am will now be instructed by Laura Curthoys. *This class is an additional fee. Learn more.
  • Barre Fusion Express on Wednesdays at 12:10pm has been cancelled due to a conflict in the instructor’s schedule.
